Evenepoel and Roglic frustrated the dream of Remy Cavagna (Quick-Step), who kept the best time of the stage until his arrival. His great time, 34:18, was the time to beat for all the favorites of the race, and the young man was about to beat it Carlos Rodríguez (Ineos), who signed a fabulous time trial, arriving only 22 seconds behind Cavagna, in fourth position.

While Remco Evenepoel is determined to ensure that his objective in this Vuelta is to win a stage, Remco Evenepoel insists on contradicting himself when he rides a bicycle.
