Innovation, attraction and retention of talent gain prominence in the valuation of companies

Time flexibility, training possibilities, company values or the execution of good internal communication are aspects that are taken into account when determining which are the best companies to work for. The adaptation of businesses to such volatile markets is also a factor to take into account, since innovation is no longer just a monetary value, but is also a way of attracting talent.

Minsait, Accenture, Domingo Miron or Deloitte are companies that lead different rankings that recognize their effort and commitment to hiring and retaining professionals, as well as constant innovation in their different lines of business.

Specifically, Forbes has recently published a list that includes the ten companies that best adapt to the future of the new marketing in terms of innovation and creativity. According to the magazine, in Spain the “marketing transformation” is led by Accenture, McCann and Deloitte. They are followed by companies such as PWC, The Cocktail, Making Science, Minsait, Metys, Dentsu and Salesforce.

At the beginning of the year, the same magazine also published a selection of the “75 best companies to work for”, a list compiled according to the opinions of the workers of the same companies. This list is based on positive answers to questions related to inclusion, diversity or the technological and digital landscape, with American Express Spain, Accenture and AdventiaSpain leading the list.

Other rankings, also focused on valuing companies that stand out for their employing skills, have awarded Minsait as a reference consultancy in Spain for its ability to attract and retain talent. This report, Merco Talento España 2021, also values the work of companies such as Accenture and Mckinsey among the 100 consultancies with the greatest capacity to attract and retain talent in the country.

According to the results of the same ranking, Inditex once again leads the ranking of companies with the greatest capacity to attract and retain talent. Mercadona is once again in second place, although it improves its score by almost 300 points and Coca-Cola rises from 6th to 3rd position.
