Specifically, the Juan Roig chain is looking for staff who are willing to work in its supermarkets this month and offer salaries from 1,425 euros and with the possibility of Indefinite contract.

Considering the temporality, of the total vacancies published, 108 are to occupy a position with an indefinite contract (fixed contract). The rest, 250 are to start working with a temporary contract.
If we look at the offers by availability, we see that 318 are to work full-time, while 40 are either to work part-time or on weekends. In addition, 294 are to work as supermarket personnel and 19 in its logistics centers.

How much is earned in Mercadona according to the employment contract
Depending on the working day and the position to be developed, the salary at Mercadona may vary. If we look at the salary for supermarket staff and with the last salary increase, the new employees will begin to receive a salary of 1,425 euros gross per month (1,242 euros net).
As seniority in the company is consolidated, this salary will increase. Thus, when you get two years, you will be charged 1,565 euros per month (1,313 euros net). With three years this payroll will amount to 1,738 euros per month (1,436 euros) and with four years or more the salary will be 1,929 euros per month (1,572 euros net).
In case of working part-time, salaries will range from 534 euros and up to 712 euros per month. This is how the salaries for part-time contracts remain:
- For 15 hours per week from Monday to Thursday, the salary will be 534 euros per month.
- For 20-hour weekly days from Monday to Saturday, the salary will be 712 euros per month.
- Contracts of 15 hours to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Monday): the salary will be 712 euros per month.
