Official: Soler signs for PSG
PSG already has its sixth incorporation. After announcing this Tuesday the signing of Fabián Ruiz, the Parisian team confirmed the arrival of Carlos Soler. The 25-year-old midfielder signs five seasons with the Parisians at a fixed rate of 18 million that could rise to 22 if the variables are fulfilled.
Soler is the sixth signing made by Luis Campos after Vitinha, Ekitike, Mukiele, Renato Sanches and Fabián. Although Valencia tried to renew him until the end, the player had decided to go to PSG. Luis Campos, a great football connoisseur, had been following him for a long time and had intensified negotiations in recent days to sign him.

In principle, Carlos Soler will integrate PSG’s offensive rotation and not the midfield. After Neymar, Messi and Mbappé, the Parisians only had Sarabia and Ekitike to rest them, so the quality of the former Valencia player could be an added bonus in a season that carries a significant physical load. He could make his debut on Saturday at Nantes with his new team.
Farewell to Valencia
Valencia has issued an emotional farewell message for Carlos Soler: “Carlos Soler has worn the Valencia CF shirt since 2004 when he joined the VCF Academy at the age of seven to play for VCF Benjamín A. He has grown step by step to become one of the captains of the first team. His first official match was on December 10, 2016 against Real Sociedad and, since then, he has earned his continuity in the line-ups thanks to his good performance.
