These are the current symptoms for the new variants of COVID-19 in 2022

The arrival of the new variants of COVID-19 BA.4 and BA.5already predominant in almost the entire world, has caused an increase in infections of coronavirus, although mostly with mild symptoms. These new strains are subvariants of omicronwith a higher level of propagation and more difficult to detect, they have even been called the variants ‘Houdini’.

BA.4 and BA. 5 have also brought with them new symptoms. Peter Ching-Hong, an infectious disease specialist at the University of California, revealed that the BA. 5 is capable of re-infect a patient a few weeks after the first contagion of coronavirus.
