A historic change is coming in the world of national television news. After 32 years presenting it in different editions, Anne White leaves the ‘Telediario’ of La 1 de TVE. This has been confirmed by the public entity as one of the novelties that will be for the coming season.
32 years that would just be fulfilled on September 15. Date in which she would make her debut as presenter of the weekend edition together with Francine Gálvez in that year 1990. Since then, she has been jumping between Telediario Fin de Semana, Telediario 2 and Telediario 1, presenting what would be her last program in the middle of of July.
Prepare a new program for TVE
In addition to the news, the presenter has also presented various current affairs specials and programs such as ‘Weekly report‘ either ‘I have a question for you‘. A work of more than three decades that has earned him prestigious awards such as the Waves or various Irises for best news presenter.
But this march does not imply that Ana Blanco is going to distance herself from TVE’s news section, since the presenter is preparing a new program “linked to current affairs” of which we will know more details next September.
